Berger Paints Pakistan

Berger was established two centuries ago and now it has grown to become one of the world’s largest paints manufacturer. In Pakistan, history of Berger is as old as history of Pakistan. Berger started its operations in Pakistan in 1950 and was the first organized Paint Company to offer premium products through import from the United Kingdom.

BERGER PAINTS PAKISTAN LTD. became a public limited company in 1974, when 49.38% of its shares were acquired by Pakistani investors, while the remaining 50.62% were held by U.K. parent company, Jenson & Nicholson Limited. In 1991 Slotrapid Limited, a U.K. based company with diversified business interests, acquiring control of Berger Paints Pakistan Limited by gaining 50.62% shares of the company.

Berger established its first local manufacturing facility in Karachi in 1955. As the country’s economic and industrial sector expanded the demand for quality paints also grew and Berger continued to make extensions in its product range to meet these requirements.

Products:

Berger SPD Emulsion

SPD is a top quality smooth emulsion. It can be used on walls, ceilings, old and new cement, concrete, plasters, chipboard and hardboard.

Application:

Mix equal or more volume of water for thinning. Final coat should be thinned more for a smoother finish.

Coverage:

11 to 15 meter square per litre per coat, depending on the porosity of surface.

Packaging:

It is available in 3.64 & 14.56 litres.

Berger Synthetic Enamel

Synthetic Enamel is a good quality enamel for interior and exterior use. It provides protection and decoration to the surface under all conditions. A high gloss, highly durable enamel with ease of application. It can be used on wood,metal, cement-plaster, asbestos and hardboard, etc.

Application:

It can be applied with brush, roller or spray. To obtain desired viscosity for brush application, thin up to 12% with turpentine and up to 20% for spray application.

Coverage:

12 to 16 meter square per litre per coat, depending on porosity of surface.

Packaging:

It is available in 0.91, 3.64 and 14.56 litres.

Berger Gloss Enamel

VIP Super Gloss Enamel is a top quality synthetic enamel coating for interior and exterior use. It may be applied on prepared primed surfaces such as wood, metal, cement plaster, asbestos, cement sheets and hard board, etc.

Application:

Apply with brush, roller or spray. For application, thin with approximately 10% mineral turpentine per gallon.

Coverage:

13 to 15 meter square per litre per coat, depending on the porosity of the surface.

Packaging:

It is available in 0.91, 3.64 and 14.56 litres.
