Louis Adhesive Tapes Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing adhesive tapes since 1973, supplying high quality products to customers worldwide. Louis is well known as one of the first and the biggest adhesive tape manufacturers in Thailand, the biggest masking tape and rubber solvent based OPP tape manufacturer in South East Asia, and the world’s second largest cellulose tape manufacturer.
At present, the company consists of over 500 employees. The head office is located in downtown of Bangkok while the production facilities are located in Samutprakan and Chonburi province, within an hour from Bangkok.
Louis Adhesive Tapes’ core technology is rubber solvent based adhesive. For more than four decades, the company has been using natural rubber from the southern part of Thailand as a major raw material for its rubber-based adhesive. Louis applies this technology to various kinds of tape including its highly qualified cellulose tape, masking tape and OPP tape. Furthermore, Louis has been expanding its business to the different technology such as Acrylic water based adhesive, release paper and label industry.
The company realizes the importance of continuous development to ensure its products and services meet the customers’ highest expectations. For this reason, every step of the production processes is carefully monitored and controlled. Furthermore, Louis invests in hi-technology machines such as slitter/rewinding machines, high precision computer-controlled coating machines, and solvent recovery system from Europe to manufacture its superior products.
